An Internal Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing the administrative tasks related to the sales process.
They provide administrative support by accurately processing a large volume of quotes and orders and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery; maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity; responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service; generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities; accurately capturing, maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM tool, providing support for sales presentations and meetings and participating in team meetings, Sales Calls and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Matric
- Comm or equivalent preferable
Minimum Experience:
- 12 months experience, especially in a sales environment would be advantageous.
Other Requirements
- Own transport and valid driver’s license preferable
- Must be willing to accommodate global time zones, if required.
Responsibilities:
Quotes and Orders
- Capture and process quotations, orders and customer details on internal applications and systems
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to deliver orders and provide effective feedback to Customers
Customer Service (internal and external)
- Receive Customer enquiries acknowledge receipt, identify action required and take prompt action
- Ensure accurate information on orders is passed on to the project team and resolve queries.
- Build relationships across the organisation through confident and clear communication to complete tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall team goals
- Highlight problems and work with team to find solutions
Accuracy of Data
- Quote detail to be captured accurately including but not limited to customer details, company names, addresses and GPS coordinates
Participation in Meetings and Sales Calls
- Active participation in team calls and Sales Calls
- Provide feedback when called upon
Contribute towards Sales Target
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets
